Global Hatchery Health Programme

The Global Hatchery Health Programme is a package of technical services focussed on supporting our customers by enhancing DOC HEALTH performance by the hatchery.

1. OPTIMISATION OF VACCINATION PROCEDURES

The objective of these evaluations is to ensure correct in-ovo / subcutaneous / spray vaccination in order to reduce failures in the process, thereby achieving greater safety and efficacy of the vaccination.

• Vaccine storage and preparation.
• Performance and cleaning of medical devices.
• Vaccine application (in-ovo, subcutaneous & spray vaccination).
• Traceability with SMART VACCINATION®.

2. DOC QUALITY CONTROL

PHYSICAL EVALUATION

Based on the PAS REFORM “Pasgar Score”, a formula that allows the quality of the chick to be evaluated by means of a numerical value.

MICROBIOLOGICAL EVALUATION

Evaluation of the microbiological quality by a simple method that works like a thermometer of the processes associated with the breeders and the biosecurity of the hatchery.

3. HIPRASTATS®: HATCHERY KPI ANALYSIS

Report within the hatchery’s KPI statistical analysis (hatchability, 1st week mortality) in order to support poultry companies in decision-making.
